SHIPPING 

I understand your frustrations and honestly I’m frustrated too…

Unfortunately, I don’t have any control over the delays that USPS is experiencing. Due  to extremely high demand we are slightly behind but committed  to having orders shipped out within the  2-3 weeks timeframe.

Usually once the orders are scanned in they are received in 3-5 business days. However, because of the delays some orders don’t show they have been scanned in OR have been scanned in but show no movement. I have been in constant contact with USPS and they have been helpful but it does not make the packages move any faster. They should be recovering from the bad weather we’ve had and be back at a normal speed soon.

 We are working hard to give our customers the best NO HASSLE SHIPPING EXPERIENCE by offering other methods of shipping out packages. Please keep in mind that you will see an increase in shipping charges once everything is set in place to chose which carrier you would like to have your items ship.

Our processing time is still 2-3 weeks or less  and that won’t change but once the package is in the hands of USPS I have no control and I play the waiting game with you all. I am in the process of adding other options Thank you all for supporting my business and we look forward to your next order.  

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We are currently considering  3 different shipping options:

USPS First Class Mail ($9), USPS Priority Mail ($11), and FedEx Express ($12). Pricing May Vary During Peak Seasons.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

All shipment processing times are always listed at the top of the website. We reserve the right to cancel any customer orders due to erratic or impatient behavior if we are still within our shipping time frame.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. All items sold are final sale.

OUR RETURN POLICY

ALL THINGS BY KEISHA  generally has a zero return and or refund policy. On rare and extreme occasions we will handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to serve them at the highest level.  All refunds will be credited via All Things By Keisha  Credit unless the cause of the refund is the fault of the company. Without a record of sale, a return will not be permitted.

Although we do not accept returns, in rare cases that we do agree to grant a return, all items returned must be received in like new condition with the packaging attached. Should items not be received in proper condition, All Things By Keisha  reserves the right to decline the return.
